Even though Broccoli Guy is a Life element villain, he uses his powerful magic for both attacking and healing. His healing power alone is worth keeping him close by, but you may also want to use him just to hear some of his wit and personality. He can be evolved once you find his quest on the fifth level – The Phoenix Psanctuary.

Slobber Trap looks a lot like Slobber Tooth and perhaps is a distant cousin. He’s a just your average plant monster dog, but his belly flops and slobber can be lethal. He’s not too old for new tricks though. Once captured he can be re-trained to fight for good. Find his quest on the same level you capture him on and you’ll unlock the full power of Slobber Trap.

Blastermind - Skylander ReviewBlastermind is a new Magic Trap Master making his debut in Trap Team. Blastermind wasn’t always a Psychic powerhouse. He used to just be the “hide and sheep” champion of the Sardonic Mountains. One day, when he was about to set a new Skylands record, the ground beneath him collapsed and Blastermind fell into a deep, mysterious cavern filled with shimmering crystals. His friends were all at the top of the hole when a large Ham Dragon showed up having been disturbed by the rumble of the collapse. Blastermind felt helpless he worried greatly for his friends and desperately wanted to save them. What he didn’t know, was that those shimmering crystals lining the hole he fell in, were actually Psionic Power Crystals that the Ancients had used to amplify their thoughts. The crystals heard Blastermind’s worried thoughts about saving his friends and gave him awesome psionic powers. He used those powers to get himself out of the hole and to mentally blast the circling Ham Dragon. After that, Blastermind joined the Skylanders where he became a member of the Trap Team.

He’s got one of the best channels on the radios found throughout the game, and we think his theme music is very catchy. Don’t forget, Chill Bill was evil before it was cool.

Spotlight – Skylander Review

Spotlight - Skylander ReviewSpotlight is a new core Light Skylander making her debut in Trap Team. She isn’t just any new Skylander, she is the first core Skylander of the Light element, which debuted in Trap Team. However, she had been in Skylands before. Master Eon found her in the Prismatic Palace when he was looking for the Crystal Orb of Light. When he found the orb, he reached out to touch it, which caused bright light to shine out of the orb. The light was so bright Master Eon had to shield his eyes. When he was able to lower his hand, he saw Spotlight standing before him in a respectful bow. He had not seen a Light Element creature before since it was not one of the eight common elements of Skylands. He sensed that the Ancients set her to him for a reason so he took Spotlight to the Core of Light and trained her to defend it as a member of the Skylanders. But when Kaos destroyed the Core of Light, Spotlight mysteriously vanished. Only now has she finally re-appeared.

The Gulper is a Water trappable villain that you will be able to capture at the end of the first level – Soda Springs. He is the first Doom Raider villain you will be able to catch. From an early age, The Gulper had an enormous appetite and insatiable thirst for anything he could stuff in his mouth. At a young age, he won first place in the annual Deep-Fried-Triple-Cheeseburger eating contest and has worn the Crown of Gluttony every since. However, it is his love for soda which causes him to grow to colossal proportions and go on rampages. This caught the eye of the Golden Queen. The Golden Queen was looking to recruit someone who was incredibly dim-witted so that if they were ever captured, the Skylanders would not be able to extract any useful information. The Gulper fit that description perfectly.

Thunderbolt - Skylander ReviewThunderbolt is a new Air Trap Master making his debut in Trap Team. He grew up on the legendary Mount Cloudpierce. He was always extremely strong and very competitive, so when his people held a contest for the legendary Storm Sword, Thunderbolt had to win it. The Storm Sword was a legendary blade with the power to change the seasons in Skylands. For Thunderbolt, this would be a great honor to have. Thunderbolt won the contest and was about to be awarded the sword when a Frost Mage stole it and plunged all of Skylands into a wintery deep-freeze. Thunderbolt took up the chase, riding twin bolts of chained lightning. He quickly caught the mage, reclaimed the sword and restored balance to the weather in Skylands. For his heroic actions, Thunderbolt was made a member of the Trap Team and now uses the Traptanium Storm Sword to fight evil.

Déjà Vu and Legendary Déjà Vu - Skylander ReviewDéjà Vu is a new Magic core Skylander making her debut in Skylanders Trap Team. She also has a Legendary variant called Legendary Déjà Vu which is sold exclusively by Toys R Us. She comes as part of the Mirror of Mystery Adventure Pack which is an additional level for Trap Team. Déjà Vu lived on a remote island in Skylands where she loved to play with magic and food. She desperately wanted to build a machine that would make the perfect three-minute egg in only half the time. She read one magic book after another and even consulted the lost plans used to create the legendary Tower of Time. Finally she finished construction of the giant machine. Unfortunately, a gang of evil giant sea slugs learned about her machine and wanted to take it for themselves. They were trying to acquire super speed. As the very well armed slugs descended on the island, Déjà Vu refused to let them get a hold of her machine. She turned the clock’s hands to thirteen causing a time overload. Unfortunately Déjà Vu was caught up in the blast. However, the blast gave her amazing powers over time. She used these powers to stop the evil slugs and send them back to their home. Now she is a Skylander who uses her powers to turn back the clock on evil!

Sheep Creep is the first villain in the game that you will capture in level 1 – Soda Springs. He is a Life villain which means you will need a Life trap to capture him. You’ll then want to make sure he is loaded up in your Life Trap when you start Level 3 – Chompy Mountain, because his quest will be the first quest you come to on that level. Sheep Creep is baaaaaad news! After years of being pestered, it was inevitable that a sheep would finally go bad. That sheep was Sheep Creep, and he carries a big gun in the form of a couple of side mounted missile launchers.
