Ok, here is a compilation of all of the villains of Skylanders SuperChargers. To qualify, they needed the announcer guy and to have their name splashed on the screen.
It’s time for another Skylanders Day at GameStop. This one may be well timed as they should have the newly released Wave 4 characters and the soon to be released “Power Blue” characters to support the charity Autism Speaks. If you don’t know about the Power Blue characters yet, there are 4 special variants: Power Blue Trigger Happy, Power Blue Splat, Power Blue Gold Rusher and Power Blue Splatter Splasher. These are in-game named variants, which means they will appear as their “Power Blue” counterparts in the game. Sometimes, special paint variants are released but do NOT appear with the special coloring in the game. These will work as the rest of the special variants have worked so far this year by actually appearing in game as named “Power Blue” characters.

Today I found the first signs of the Wave 4 characters at Toys R Us. My local Toys R Us had all of the vehicles on store shelves, but surprisingly they did not have any of the characters. In fact I noticed they had very few of ANY characters. They had Legendary Bone Bash Roller Brawl, Big Bubble Pop Fizz, Legendary Hurricane Jet-Vac and that was about it. They were strangely short of SuperChargers characters. They had a lot of the older games characters still and a lot of vehicles, Legendary Sky Packs and the Nintendo Dual Packs, but just not many of the single characters. But that may just be my local store, I’ve heard stories on the internet of people finding the Wave 4 characters at their local Toys R Us, so it might be worth a trip. Also this week, Toys R Us is running their popular Buy 1 get 1 40% off. This seems to coincide with every new release of Skylanders characters so take advantage of that if you can. When you look at the list of new characters in Wave 4 below, you’ll notice that a lot of them are characters that have already been out in other packs. Astroblast and the Sun Runner could be had in the Sky Racing Pack, and Hot Streak and Spitfire come with every non-Nintendo release of the game.
Another special variant SuperChargers figure has made his way on to store shelves at Toys R Us. I found Birthday Bash Big Bubble Pop Fizz today at my local Toys R Us. Like most characters it seems like Toys R Us has him first. I did not stop by any other stores, but the websites for Best Buy, Amazon, and Gamestop do not yet list this figure as available. However, there is nothing on the packaging that indicates that he will be a Toys R Us exclusive. So if you need to have Birthday Bash Big Bubble Pop Fizz now, check your local Toys R Us. If you can wait, you might save some money by getting him from another store later.

I stopped by my local Target this evening as there have been rumors that Nitro Soda Skimmer has been slowly starting to show up at Target stores. I’ve been checking for the last week or two, but sure enough my store had it in stock today. Needless to say, I snatched one up! Now I realize that they may not have made it to all of the Target’s stores yet, but if you’ve been looking to SuperCharge Big Bubble Pop Fizz, then you may want to check your local Target. Nitro Soda Skimmer is exclusive to Target (in the US) and is the first version of the Soda Skimmer to be released. I’m guessing that the normal Soda Skimmer will most likely be part of Wave 4 as they have not been spacing the Skylanders and their Signature Vehicles too far apart.

It was just before Christmas when GameStop held it’s last Skylanders Day. Well, I guess it’s time for another. This Saturday, January 9th they are having another one day sale. If you are still looking to pick up the SuperChargers game, then you’ll be able to save on the starter pack and like before, pick up a second starter pack from one of the older games for free. 
The SuperChargers Starter pack will run $39.99 which isn’t bad considering you get another game free as well. They will also be having another Buy One Free Get One Free on SuperChargers characters and vehicles. You’ll also be able to pick up the Kaos Trophy Cup, however, it is available now online for $7.99. The ad also shows the new Nintendo SuperChargers Dual Packs which will sell for $24.99 ea. Of course those will only work on the Wii, Wii U and 3DS versions of the game. Sorry Xbox and PlayStation owners. You’ll also be able to save 50% off of Racing Packs and the other Combo Packs 
(though it doesn’t look like that includes the new Nintendo packs), but they do show the Sky Racing Pack featuring Astroblast and Sun Runner. This evening I visited my local Toys R Us, and I ran into one lonely Legendary Bone Bash Roller Brawl on the store shelf. Now usually I go out on a Sunday morning and find a handful of new Skylanders when they eventually come out. I’m not sure if I missed a shipment or if I just got lucky as they start to leak on to store shelves. Anyway, if you are looking for a new character you may want to give your local Toys R Us a try. It probably won’t be long until their shelve are flooded with the characters as there are typically no shortage of Legendary characters, so keep your eyes open!
Well, over the last few weeks we’ve seen the trickle of Wave 3 Characters hitting store shelves for Skylanders SuperChargers. So far they are mostly at Toys R Us and GameStop, but I think they’ll show up soon at other retailers. Some are “First at GameStop” so it’s hard to say when those will hit other retailers. Anyway, we’ve been waiting for the Wave 3 vehicles to come out for a couple of weeks now and I thought we were destined to wait until after Christmas. However, after going to my local Toys R Us this morning, I find that I was wrong. They have indeed begun to make their way on to store shelves at least at Toys R Us. So if you are looking for some new Skylanders or that last minute Christmas gift, get your eyes open and stay vigilant, because you’ll most likely find something new.
If you missed the Black Friday deals this past week, and you are looking for Skylanders then you are in luck. There is another Skylanders Day coming this Saturday December 5th and there are some pretty good deals for those of you who maybe have not jumped into these games yet. First you can save 50% off of any normal SuperChargers Starter Pack. That means they will be $37.49. But that’s not all. If you missed any of the previous games, and GameStop happens to still have that game in stock, you can get any previous Skylanders Starter Pack FREE with the purchase of the SuperChargers Starter Pack. It’s an excellent deal if you are new to the series. Just remember though, the SuperChargers Skylanders do NOT work with the older games. So you may need some extra old Skylanders. So now is a good time to beef up your collection. Not only that, but the holiday variant Missle-Tow Dive-Clops will be there as well as the long awaited Nightfall Skylander.
