Today we look at another popular collectible for Skylanders Trap Team. This time we open a couple of the new Trap Team Dog Tags. We take a look at exactly which characters you can collect, and try to figure out what you do with them? Check it out.
Today we play Trap Team Chapter 11 – Wilikin Workshop. At first I didn’t think we’d be capturing a major villain, but as it turns out we do get to capture Dr. Krankcase. Also, Scrap Shooter is on this level to capture. Conner starts with Lob Star and I start with a Level 1 Full Blast Jet-Vac. See how many levels I gain with Jet-Vac while Conner tries to go through our entire roster of Trap Masters. Let us know what you think of Wilikin Workshop.
Today we take on Trap Team Chapter 10 – Secret Sewers of Supreme Stink. We first explore the academy as we saw something get built, but after a bit of exploring we jump right into Chapter 10. I start off as Gusto, while Conner starts as a favorite from the Giants game with Jade Flashwing. Watch as we try to capture Rage Mage and Fisticuffs, although Fisticuffs is of an unknown element so we really won’t be able to catch him. Check it out and let us know what you think of the Secret Sewers of Supreme Stink.
Today we play Trap Team Chapter 9 – Mystic Mill. The Mabu Defense force helps us take out Shield Shredder and Krankenstein. We start with Funny Bone and Torch but also use Bushwhack, Fryno and maybe a couple others to make our way through the level. Let us know what you think about Mystic Mill.
Today the boys and I are back to playing the main story of Trap Team. We take on Chapter 8 – Telescope Towers today with Chopper and Wallop and maybe a couple others. And we capture my most wanted villain: Pain-Yatta, as well as Hood Sickle and Dreamcatcher. Check it out!
Today for SkylanderNutts Plays Trap Team, we wanted to try out the Kaos Doom Challenge mode to see what that was all about. We end up playing the first two levels which equates to Waves 1 through 10. It’s a pretty fun mode so far, part Arena Battle, part Tower Defense. What makes it easy is the fact that you can swap out your Skylanders when you die, unlike the Arena Challenges where you are locked to just one Skylander per battle. So based on that alone, we’ll probably never fail. Check it out and let us know what you think of the Kaos Doom Challenge Waves 1-10.
Today the boys and I open our first packs of Skylanders Trading Cards for Trap Team by Topps. This years series seems to have fewer cards than last years Swap Force series. Probably since they don’t need so many swapped combination cards. This year’s cards look cleaner and more simple. Check it out and see what you think of this years Trap Team Trading Cards.
Today the boys and I play Chapter 7 of Skylanders Trap Team. As always we spend about 10 minutes searching the Academy for new areas before we head out to Monster Marsh. This is the first level where we encounter villains that we can’t catch yet because they are of a mysterious element type. Give it a watch and see how we do.
Lias and I are back with a look at Trap Team’s Arena Battles. Today we tackle the first set of Arena’s called Phoenix Nest. There are four arena in total and we tackle them all in this video. The first is called Artillery Attack. We dodge bombs while we fight waves of enemies. In the second challenge, we play Nest Ball. In this battle there is a glowing ball that we must pick up to get a power boost. If we get hit though we drop the ball. The third challenge is called Birdy Bombs. Baby birdies will pop out of the next in random places and chomp anyone who gets too close. And Finally we play Perilous Perch Skirmish which combines all of the three previous arenas. Check it out and let us know what you think of Trap Team Arena Battles – Phoenix Nest.
