Today we begin a new series. We’re calling it SkylanderNutts Presents. We want to start showcasing some of our favorite games and other games we find worthwhile. We start today with a favorite of the boys: Roblox. It’s not really a favorite of mine, but I can see the draw of its simplicity, variety, and cost (free). Check it out! If you have any questions about the game let us know. We’re not Roblox “experts” but we’ll try to find an answer if we can!

SkylanderNutts Plays Imaginators (Lost Imaginite Mines with Ro-Bow and Many More)

Today the boys play through the Lost Imaginite Mines for Skylanders Imaginators. The level uses a familiar push/pull gimmick that we’ve seen before. However, apparently, the boys are NOT very good at it. At the end, the boys have one of the most difficult and interesting boss battles this year, which I found very entertaining. Check it out!

Skylanders Imaginators Wave 5 Unboxing

Today we unbox the last three characters in our Skylanders Imaginators Wave 5 Unboxing. I got tired of waiting for Ro-Bow and the Lost Imaginite Mines to be released in the US and instead got a friend of mine to send it from Germany. It only cost around $10 extra to ship so it seemed like a good investment since we are even sure if it will ever come out in the US. Also, we remember that Thrillpede never got a US release last year so there is always a chance that could happen again. So now we can finally complete our collection and play the last add-on level for Skylanders Imaginators, the Lost Imaginite Mines.

Kaos Plays Imaginators (Nightmare Mode Part 6) Final Levels!

Today I finish off the last two levels of Skylanders Imaginators in Nightmare Mode. I try to use Kaos through both levels and he gets fairly far each time. I also find his soul gem but then realize the hard way that he is vulnerable while delivering the Soul Gem move. In the end, it will take a good selection of my Imaginators to finish off the last levels and the final boss fight against the real Kaos! Check it out!

Only after the game was over did I realize that there was NOT a specific achievement/trophy for beating the game on Kaos mode. While that is slightly disappointing, it was still fun to play through, just for the challenge. It did seem like it was not quite as hard in years past, but that might be due to the very strong Imaginators.

Kaos Plays Imaginators (Nightmare Mode Part 5)

Today I play through the Dragon Temple in Nightmare Mode for Skylanders Imaginators. Watch as I use Kaos to battle through the enemy forces in the Dragon Temple and then take on the Bowslinger Doomlander. Then I try to collect the cake ingredients for Chapter 9 by playing as few mini levels as I can.

Kaos Plays Imaginators (Nightmare Mode Part 4)

This week I take on another two levels of Skylanders Imaginators in Nightmare Mode! I’ll work my way through Fizzland and then The Golden Arcade. I again try to only use Kaos for these levels. It seems like Kaos might finally be strong enough as he has every upgrade except his soul gem ability. As such, I was able to use him through most of today’s video.

Kaos Plays Imaginators (Nightmare Mode Part 3)

Today I play through chapters 4 and 5 of Skylanders Imaginators in Nightmare Mode. I once again begin the level with Kaos, but end up having to turn it over to the Imaginators. Kaos seems to have very low defense. However, I’m still able to earn enough money for a couple of nice upgrades for Kaos. Watch as I make my way through Shellmont Shores and The Sky Fortress before taking on the Guacamole Monster.

Kaos Plays Imaginators (Nightmare Mode Part 2)

Today I play through Chapter 3 – Scholarville of Skylanders Imaginators in Nightmare Mode. I try to use Kaos, but I don’t last very long with him this week. It’s the Imaginators that get the most use with battles against both a Doomlander and the Sea Monster. After I beat the level I prepare for Chapter 4 by helping out Jet-Vac at the Academy.
