Today I have the walkthrough of Chapter 4 – Stormy Stronghold for Spyros Adventure. This is another fairly straightforward chapter which also seems to be a little short. Most people on this level seem to have trouble getting the soul gem. It’s easy to see, but not immediately obvious on how to get it. Once again the Legendary Treasure is hidden in a tricky way that seems to rely more on luck to find it than anything else. The boys don’t like to explore, but I do, so I’ll show you how to get all of the treasure, soul gems, presents and other collectibles on the levels. Today we take a look at the final released adventure pack for Spyros Adventure, the Dragon’s Peak. We get out our leveled up Sunburn, and we actually get the helper items on the portal today. So watch as we wrap up our replay of Skylanders Spyros Adventure. Enjoy!
Even though this was the third Adventure Pack released for Spyros Adventure, it must have been the first level that was completed because it carries the label of the 23rd chapter. We’ve been playing them in the order of when they were released not when they were made. Either way, this is our next to the last chapter of Skylanders Spyros Adventure. Enjoy as the boys slide around on this slippery but rather short level.
Today we replay the second released Adventure Pack for Spyros Adventure the Darklight Crypt. This may have been the first level with the world switching mechanic. In this level, you have to solve puzzles by traveling back and forth between the normal world and the ghost world. An evil giant eyeball called Occulous has outlawed pies and the ghosts are not happy about it. It’s our job to save the ghost world from the tyranny of Occulous. The puzzles are a bit more involved than in the normal game, especially the lock puzzles which got quite tricky in this Adventure Pack. Check it out!
Today we take a look at the first of four Adventure Packs for Skylanders Spyros Adventure. The Pirate Seas Adventure Pack was available at launch and was one of the first ones that we played. I had forgotten how much this level relied on “Card Games” which was NOT the early Skystones but rather a matching game. Lias had fun doing the matching but I could see where this could be tedious for others. Check it out!
Today the boys tackle the last two chapters of Skylanders Spyros Adventure. These levels are a little more focused on the co-op gameplay to get through and the boys are NOT on the same page. They end up getting a little mad at each other before they are able to work well enough to pass the levels. As always though, they get through it, and by the time they are fighting Kaos, they are back on the same page. Enjoy the last two levels and our final Kaos boss fight.
We are getting close to the end of the game now. To my surprise, we actually get the Eternal Fire Source and have a boss battle on our first level. It goes against pattern set by the rest of the game but the boys don’t seem to mind. Next, we start our quest for the last elemental source the Eternal Magic Source. Check it out!
