Spyro hails from a rare line of magical purple dragons that come from a faraway land few have ever traveled. It's been said that the Scrolls of the Ancients mention Spyro prominently -- the old Portal Masters having chronicled his many exciting adventures and heroic deeds. Finally, it was Master Eon himself who reached out and invited him to join the Skylanders. Now calling Skylands his home, Spyro remains one of its most valued protectors, with evil facing a new enemy -- and the Skylanders gaining a valued ally.
Spyro Series 2 is a Magic Skylander appearing in Giants. He has six other variants appearing in various other Skylander games: Spyro (Spyro's Adventure), Dark Spyro (Spyro's Adventure), Legendary Spyro (Spyro's Adventure), Mega Ram Spyro (Swap Force), Dark Mega Ram Spyro (Swap Force), and Elite Spyro (Eon's Elite).
He was released in an individual pack for Wave 4, and then as part of a triple pack with Bash Series 2 and Hot Dog in Wave 5. He was not very easy to find and while there still might be a store or two stocking him, your best bet might be trying to pick him up used or through a reseller.
