Outlaw Brawl & Chain is a special variant of the trappable villain Brawl & Chain for Skylanders Trap Team. He is exclusive to Target and is a free gift for pre-ordering a Trap Team Starter pack. He will come pre-trapped in a Water Crystal Trap. There is no word if he will be sold at all.
