Chill Bill is a radio DJ by day, and a crazy Troll who freezes people with his ice gun by night. Of course, he also does that last part in the daytime too.
Chill Bill is a new Water trappable villain character for Skylanders Trap Team. Chill Bill can be trapped in a Water Crystal Trap and then be used as part of your Skylanders team. Chill Bill is not a purchasable figure.
