Today I show to boys the next great Roguelike game in Dead Cells. I haven’t really been captivated by a game in this genre since I played Rogue Legacy a few years ago. This game has excellent controls, fun gameplay, and a continual sense of progression which many games in the genre lack. Check out our video on Dead Cells and let us know what you think about this game.

SkylanderNutts Presents – No Man’s Sky: Next
We’re back to a game I like this week, with a look at No Man’s Sky Next. The new update to the game greatly enhances the original game which I last played on the PS4. Now though, it’s on the Xbox and today I show the boys how much the game has changed since the early days when the game seemed like it was in early access. Check it out and tell us what you think of No Man’s Sky: Next.

Octopath Traveler is one of my most anticipated games of 2018. Being an old-school RPG fan, I’ve been eagerly awaiting this modern take of an old popular 16-bit genre. Square Enix attempts to revitalize the turn-based RPG genre by adding amazing realistic looking pixelated graphics and 8 unique character stories into one package. Watch to see what the boys and I think of the very early hours of Octopath Traveler.

If you’ve watched our SkylanderNutts Presents videos for a while, you’re probably well aware that I like some of the strange, unknown and unusual games. Today is no different. Today I show the boys a cute platforming pinball adventure game. It’s a mixture of genres that seems very well done with nice graphics and a high sense of discovery and exploration. That’s just my kind of game, so today I show the boys and see if they like this odd combination as well. Check it out!

Today we are taking a look at the NEW upcoming Skylanders mobile game called Ring of Heroes. This game is currently in beta but ONLY for Android systems. The boys and I are excited to check it the new game though and we try our best to show you the game too.
Due to this being an Android device though, we do have some challenges with the recording. First, the audio is not that great and then near the end of our gameplay session, the recording stops for some unknown reason. Still, we recover and do our best to bring you this first look at Skylanders Ring of Heroes.
We’ll be back again when the game releases with our SkylanderNutts Plays Ring of Heroes series. See you then!

Today I’m excited to show the boys a game that is a fantastic throwback to one the greatest franchises of all time. Bloodstained Curse of the Moon is exactly what fans of the old Castlevania series have been wanting. Developed by Inti Creates, it is a little warm-up to the soon to come Bloodstained Ritual of the Night. It’s a great experience whether you remember the old 8-bit NES games or not. If you are itching for some good retro action then don’t miss Bloodstained Curse of the Moon!

Today I want to show the boys a new competitive arena game called Laser League. It’s a rather simple looking game, but a mixture of different classes and arenas and some fast gameplay makes for a very fun and competitive game. Unfortunately, it does not guarantee that you will be good. The boys and I struggle against the easiest of the AI opponents, but we still have a lot of fun playing. Check it out as we try to learn how to play the game well in our SkylanderNutts Presents – Laser League.

Today we finish our SkylanderNutts series on the Nintendo Labo Variety Pack by building the Piano. It’s the longest project in the pack with a suggested time of 2:30 to 3 hours so get ready for a bunch of folding and complaining. I wanted to complete it with a faster time, but as it turns out it did take a pretty long time. Check it out to see if the piano was worth the build!

Today we build the Fishing Rod from the Labo Variety Pack. It looks more complicated than it is, and I think we do a pretty good job of putting it together fast. Once we get to playing the game, I think I’d have to say that it’s my favorite use of Labo so far. Join us as we build the fishing rod and explore the fishing game.
