SkylanderNutts Sweepstakes Official Rules

From time to time SkylanderNutts.com will give away free Skylanders stuff as thanks to our fans. Here are our official rules for any such sweepstakes we may run.

Sponsored by SkylanderNutts (“Sponsors”).

Sweepstakes Details:

  1. No Purchase Necessary – All sweepstakes are free to enter.
  2. Sweepstakes deadline will be 11:59 PM EST the last day of the given month that the sweepstake is being held unless specifically stated by the sweepstakes announcement.
  3. To enter, a comment of acknowledgement to participate will be required by the contest on the platform described in the sweepstakes announcement. (ie YouTube, blog post, Facebook etc.)
  4. Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  5. We may use YouTube, Facebook, Google Plus or just SkylanderNutts.com as a way of delivering the sweepstakes information or targeting a select segment of our fans.
  6. We will use Random.org as a means of selecting our random winners.
  7. YouTube, Facebook, Random.org and Google Plus are not sponsors of any of the sweepstakes or are affiliated with the sweepstakes in any way.
    • For YouTube, any entry that does not comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines will not be accepted.

Eligibility:

  1. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the U.S. age 18 or older (unless otherwise stated).
  2. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules & Regulations (“Official Rules”).
    • VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
  3. Only one entry per person per sweepstakes.
    • Employees, contractors, and family members of employees, contractors and SkylanderNutts.com are not eligible.
    • If a sweepstakes does have a sponsor, then the sponsors and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible.

Prizes & Drawings

  1. Prizes will be provided by SkylanderNutts.com unless specifically noted by the specific sweepstakes.
  2. Retail value of any prize awarded will be less than $150.
    1. Most prizes given away will have a retail value between $6 and $40.
  3. Winners will be drawn and announced within 7 days of the Sweepstakes deadline.
  4. Winners will be notified though the account in which they used to enter the contest and via a comment by SkylanderNutts posted to the Sweepstakes announcement page.
  5. Contacted winners who do not respond from the account in which they used to enter the contest within 14 days will be considered ineligible, and an alternate winner will be selected.
  6. SkylanderNutts.com is not responsible for prizes that are lost in the mail.
  7. Any personal information collected by SkylanderNutts.com will be used only for shipping prizes. See our privacy policy for how we use your data.
