Big Bang Trigger Happy is a Series 3 Tech Skylander appearing in Swap Force. He has six other variants appearing in various Skylander games: Trigger Happy (Spyro's Adventure), Legendary Trigger Happy (Spyro's Adventure), Trigger Happy Series 2 (Giants), and Springtime Trigger Happy (Swap Force), Elite Trigger Happy (Eon's Elite), and Double Dare Trigger Happy (SuperChargers).
Big Bang Trigger Happy is a Swap Force Wave 2 release Skylander. He can be bought individually or as part of a Triple Pack with Star Strike and Anchors Away Gill Grunt.
