Today we finish off the search for the Eternal Tech Source by taking on Chapter 14 – Battlefield for Skylanders Spyros Adventure. I’ll show you how to find the hidden Legendary Treasure as well as find all of the treasure chests, and how to navigate the tricky elemental gate. Check it out!
Today we look at the first person puzzle game called The Witness. Having played the game for a couple hours, I wanted to see how Conner would react to the game and how he would take to the puzzles. So today Conner gets the controller and gets to explore the game his own way. Lias also does a good job of helping his brother on a few of the puzzles. The Witness has received much critical acclaim since it’s release in early 2016. It is one of the Xbox Live Games With Gold Games for April, so if you have an Xbox One make sure you pick this game up while it’s free. The Witness is also available on the PS4 and Steam.
Today I continue through the battlefields of Spyros Adventure as we are tasked with retrieving the Green Goo of Primordia. There is a lot to do in this level, so watch closely as it can be easy to miss things. We have a Legendary Treasure, three chests, two hats and a soul gem to find today. So join me as I take you to chapter 13, the Goo Factory.
Today we begin the second half of Spyros Adventure by grabbing the Golden Gear from the Troll Warehouse. I get all the collectibles I can in one playthrough, but you’ll need two playthroughs to grab them all. But don’t worry, I point out where you must go to get that last chest to get that second star. Well, it’s NOT a Skylanders game, but I think it is a game my kids might enjoy. The creators of the original Skylanders game (Toys For Bob) are back to bring you this HD remaster of an old favorite franchise. If you are a fan of Skylanders and Spyro and you never played these old platforming games, you might like them as well. Assuming another Skylanders game doesn’t get announced for this year, we will most likely give this new remastered Spyro trilogy a long look. Today I show the boys the last tournament in Golf Story. The last tournament turned out to be much easier than I anticipated and there wasn’t anything surprising or unexpected after. The boys also seem very interested to see “Galf”, so I also show a few holes of this simulator based even older-school golf game found within Golf Story. Check it out!
Today we reach the halfway point of Skylanders Spyros Adventure. We will make our way through the Falling Forest and find all of the collectibles. They’re not hard to find but they can be easy to miss as you will see me do. Check out our Spyros Adventure Walkthrough of the Falling Forest.
Today we take a rather long look at the newly released Ni No Kuni II. Conner was just 3 when the first game came out in 2011, but he loved to watch me play the game every day after pre-school. Lias was too young to remember it. I start today game in Chapter 4, after just having learned how to build my own kingdom. I explain generally why we are in this position and we go on a quest to recruit a new citizen. Of course, quests rarely go as planned. We get sidetracked a bit by some strong special enemies, and during our quest learn about the dream doors. We decide to investigate one of the dream doors and eventually make our way back to our kingdom to show off some of the Kingdom building aspects of the game. We also show off the optional Skirmishes battles in the game. There is a lot to this game so I hope you are ready to check it out! Enjoy our look at Ni No Kuni II.
